Typical Beach Profiles in MS Sound.

Beach profiles are available in each county on the renourished beaches in Mississippi.  Beach profiles are measured from benchmarks, either surveyed by the Coastal Geology Section or previously established by the US Army Corp of Engineers, Counties, or Highway Department. Beach profile data is in Microsoft Excel (.xls) format, quick views are in PDF, and locations are in a Shapefile (.shp) and include a written description of bench mark location in the attributes.
